We are a sales leader for Constellation, an Exelon company, in over a half dozen states and growing. Constellation is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest and most respected energy providers on the planet.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our customer base through face-to-face selling to savvy business prospects. This is a high-activity, process-focused, new business development position. (We provide hot prospects throughout the week.) Strong performers like yourself who meet monthly sales and activity goals are richly rewarded and continuously motivated.

Accountability:

We're not into talk; we're into action. There's just one weekly meeting per week. No need to report to an office each day. You're the boss. A typical day begins at 9:30 am and ends at 5:30 pm; no nights or weekends.

No assigned territory. You decide for yourself the most lucrative areas to work. Spend between 6 and 7 hours daily soliciting business prospects through face-to-face contact. With time enough for approximately 30 field visits per day, you'll be able to persuade enough contacts to earn outstanding commissions.

Present the full line of Constellation energy services and demonstrate how energy deregulation -- either immediately or over a period of months or years -- can stop the hemorrhaging of money spent on electricity and natural gas by simply switching providers. Customers may keep billing and service exactly as they like it -- with their original provider.

You will be selling price protection, certainty and peace-of-mind entirely. Most utilities charge adjustable rates that fluctuate daily, going from high to higher. You will be selling a fixed rate for a term of up to four years. This offers businesses security over the course of time. Sound difficult? Yes, but not really if you consider the logic of long-term savings.
